I'm not sure how it was possible that the CPU was still stable at 1.240V at 5Ghz so I wanted to double or triple check the Core Voltage on different monitoring software. That is indeed what I was doing, I was monitoring the CPU package temp in relation to the Core Voltage and did not notice much difference between 1.290V (start of my test) to 1.240, all the stress tests I did, the CPU package temp peeked at around 70 degrees C. But other times I'll use the non OC for less demanding games, Office stuff, web browsing etc. When I need/want to use my max OC I'll switch profiles and fans RPM increases, making noise but I'll have headphones on. This was to keep temp as low as possible whilst keeping my fans RPM and noise quiet. I have Bios profiles for Stock speeds with a custom Vcore and Fan curve. I have monitored and changed my Vcore specifically for the highest OC it can handle without getting too hot. Maybe OP is testing to lower Vcore as low as possible to have a stable system and lower temps? Op hasn't said why. Everything has tolerance and you are WELL within tolerance for any Intel on the market today.

Never understood why people want to get all these pointless applications when the sensors they read are not very accurate themselves. The result of the voltage differences that you see will only have a meaningful effect on temperature. I'm going to run some more tests though to be sure.
